2 Account Register

Each individual is permitted only one account on ag222. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. ag222 may request KYC documents for identity verification at any time. Accounts registered with false information will be closed.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Gaming Rules

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Ag222 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons: violation of Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious financial activity, or at the member's own request.

Under our Responsible Gaming policy, members may also request self-exclusion. This allows an account to be closed for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, ag222 will not send any promotional communications to the member.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, in cases of dispute, funds may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

8 Limitation of Liability

Ag222 strives to keep its platform running without interruption. However, ag222 is not liable for the following: internet outages, issues with third-party payment providers, or restrictions imposed by government regulations.
